Window Wonderland
We are thrilled to once again partner with Basin Arts to bring Downtown Lafayette a Window Wonderland experience. Window Wonderland is a fine art installation that transforms Downtown Lafayette commercial display windows into stunning visual displays. This year’s theme is Traditions to Treasure, emphasizing the unique cultural heritage of the Acadiana region and celebrating the multitude of cultural traditions present within our community. Each display will be entered into a competition for the Best Window Wonderland. Voting will take place online through mid December and the winning artist will receive a $500 cash prize
Window Wonderland is supported by a grant from the Louisiana Division of the Arts, Office of Cultural Development, Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism, in cooperation with the Louisiana State Arts Council, as administered by the Acadiana Center for the Arts. Funding has also been provided by the National Endowment of the Arts.
