Lunch and Learn: Commercial Leases

Downtown Lafayette Unlimited and Jones Walker are partnering this February for a Lunch & Learn focused on the legal processes and issues of commercial leases.

As Downtown Lafayette continues to grow and welcome new businesses, the legal issues surrounding commercial leasing become more common. Attorneys Kyle Bacon and Alex Prochaska of Jones Walker LLP will discuss commercial and environmental lease issues and CB Talley of CB Talley, LC – Appraisers will speak on valuation of leased fee and leasehold interests.

The February Lunch & Learn will be hosted by Jones Walker in their office at the top floor of the Chase Tower (600 Jefferson Street – 16th floor).

Downtown Lunch & Learns are regular events held by Downtown Lafayette Unlimited, the member-based, non-profit arm of Downtown Lafayette (DDA/DLU). These lunches are free to attend for DLU members and open to non-members for the cost of lunch.
