FLEX AVE is the new creation of dance pioneer Reggie “Regg Roc” Gray. Set to a continuous mix of reggae, hip hop and pop music, FLEX AVE. features 10 of the best Flexn dancers, all hailing from Brooklyn, NY. FLEX AVE. features group choreography as well as solo improvisational works and dance battles.
Characterized by a dance vocabulary all its own—Pauzin, Get-Low, Bone-Breaking—Flexn developed from various Jamaican street dance styles into a distinct art form that’s spread across the globe and has been embraced by the pop mainstream (as evidenced by Beyonce’s recent Coachella performance featuring several FLEXN dancers).
