Bach Lunch ft. Sweet Cecilia
Acadiana’s favorite FREE lunchtime concert series takes place in Parc Sans Souci in the heart of Downtown Lafayette. Bach Lunch is a great way for families, college students, and the downtown workforce to enjoy their lunch break and is the perfect stop for Friday field trips in Acadiana. Come enjoy live music, good food, and fun for all ages.
Food vendors begin selling lunch at 11:00 a.m. and live music is from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Bring your blankets and chairs so that you can enjoy the show picnic-style!
Sweet Cecilia
The Grammy Nominated band, Sweet Cecilia, is a family trio from Cecilia, LA. Their music is deeply rooted in country, rock, folk, and Cajun influences. Their three part harmony is rich and sultry. These three women are not only accomplished vocalists, but musicians and master songwriters. Their original songs will invoke tears, laughter, and joy. Sweet Cecilia was formally created in 2012. However , sisters Laura Huval and Maegan Berard, along with their first cousin, Callie Guidry, have been singing and making music together since childhood. It all started with their late father and uncle, Al Berard (Grammy nominated musician) , encouraging them at a young age to pursue music. They keep the music fresh and modern, while holding on to their musical roots and traditions.

FROM THE AIRPORT
After leaving the Lafayette Regional Airport, drive towards University Avenue to head into Downtown Lafayette by way of Johnston and then Jefferson Street.
FROM I-10
Take Exit 101 onto North University Avenue and follow the signs to Downtown Lafayette.
FROM Interstate-49
Interstate 49 becomes the Evangeline Thruway as you enter Lafayette. Take a right off of Evangeline Thruway onto Jefferson Boulevard.
FROM Highway 90
Highway 90 becomes the Evangeline Thruway as you enter Lafayette. Take a left off of Evangeline Thruway onto Jefferson Boulevard.
