Steven P. Hebert has spent his career in the real estate and construction industries. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Billeaud Companies, a 100-year-old real estate and land development company. Transitioning from a purely agricultural legacy, Billeaud Companies has amassed an impressive real estate and investment portfolio along with ownership of vast tracts of raw land, still to be developed.

Susan Holliday is the CEO for the REALTOR® Association of Acadiana which serves nearly 2,000 real estate professionals in a six-parish area. Susan leads the day-to-day management of the association and oversees its staff.

Mary Sliman is the Director of Community Development and Planning for Lafayette Consolidated Government. The department serves as the one-stop-shop for businesses and individuals involved in commercial and residential property development, redevelopment projects, new business development, alcohol permitting, as well as zoning and building code regulations and construction permitting.

David Gleason established The Gleason Group, a real estate and development company, in 2012. David has represented all property types, from farmland to industrial business parks, and strip malls to medical office buildings. His specific areas of expertise include investment sales, strategic planning and financial structuring. He has a successful record with build-to-suit, buyer representation, construction/contracting, leasing and market analysis.
